How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in 7-14 business days. UK and Australia orders take 10-18 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all US orders over $35. Orders under $35 have a small flat shipping fee.

Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use it to track your package at any time.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How do I return an item?
Email us at trendoku.store@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. It may take an additional 3-5 business days to appear on your statement.

What if I received a damaged item?
We are sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we will send a replacement or full refund immediately.
